When the 2nd (from left) LED flashes, this indicates “energy reserve.” When both the 1st & 2nd LED flash, this indicates “empty” and new battery is needed to replace old one. Range indication: Green: 41%-100%, Yellow: 21%-40%, Red: 20% or less. When in use with a new battery, it should be powered on for at least 2 minutes to indicate the real battery state.
