MRP intake manifold for PHBH 28/30/VHS 24-30/TMX for PHBH 28/30/VHS 24-30/TMX27/30/PWK 28/30, for Vespa 125 VNB-TS/150 VBA-Super/Rally/ PX80-200/PE/Luxury/T5/Thing passage: 30mm, carburettor link: 34mm, rotary disc valve, rubber link If to improve the performance of a Largeframe with tuning measures the original carburettor is not powerful enough to feed the engine with sufficient mix. The only thing that can help here is a larger carburetor with a matching intake manifold. Therefore photo manifolds for rotary valves with which the original DELLORTO SI can be replaced by a more powerful tuning carburettor. The rotary valve engine can therefore be equipped with a carburettor with an intake of up to 30 mm (without reed valve conversion). The intake manifold has a 30mm intake and thanks to its high quality and workmanship with assembly precision. The rotary intake manifold valve is available with a 28mm outlet. Seal the oil pump hole in the engine compartment. This makes it the ideal choice if a larger carburetor is to be fitted to a newer (Luxury-) engine. We also have a Scoot RS intake manifold for rotary valves in stock. This is mainly popular because the carburetor can be mounted to the housing in a relatively vertical position without any modifications. This is important so that the carburetor float can function accurately. MMW goes the extra mile and in addition to an intake manifold with 30mm, also offers a manifold with a 35mm intake. With its superb design, its delicate curves ensure a good continuous flow and thanks to the top swivel, you can position the carburettor optimally in the frame. The CNC base plate of the MMW intake manifold has a side extension that securely seals the oil pump bore on Lusso engines. The stainless steel connection piece is equipped with a groove that ensures secure positioning of the rubber connection. We also go full throttle in the PRO SERIES range and in addition to the classic 30mm rotary valve intake manifold from MRP tuning experts, we also offer a version with a 36mm intake. The fitting on the aluminum plate can be rotated to 15. This means the carburetor can be optimally positioned between engine and frame. No spacer is required and the frame must not be modified! The delivery includes the connecting piece of stainless steel and a CNC machined aluminum plate (24mm), as well as all the screws necessary for fixing to the base (incl. M7). Conclusion: Together with the right size carburetor, it allows you to get the most out of a rotary valve engine. SIP-TIP: LUXURY drivers – heads up! When assembling the intake manifold be sure to order the PRO SERIES closure cap (art no 78220000) to seal the oil pump hole. An intake manifold spacer-plate (e.g. not part 22158600) helps with optimal positioning of the carburetor.
