Description
The
Axles XP Series
axle is designed to be stronger, longer lasting, and more dependable, no matter where you ride.
Works with stock setups, helps support larger tires, and can accommodate lift kits up to 4″
– Lifting or adjusting a vehicles setup changes the operating angles of the CV axles. Standard axles can be stretched beyond their limits, leading to premature wear and failure. The XP Series axle can handle these increased angles and lengths, making it a direct solution for lifted vehicles, adjusted suspensions, running larger tires. Stock setups also gain versatility with a true upgrade to the OEM.
Enhanced suspension travel and articulation
– The dual articulating CV joints allow for a much greater range of motion throughout the suspension cycle. This means your vehicle can flex more effectively over uneven terrain, keeping the tires in contact with the ground for better traction and stability. And the unique 60mm internal extension gives even more travel without overstressing the axle.
Reduces stress and prevents binding
– The increased articulation and internal extension work together to minimize the forces that are typically placed on CV joints and axle shafts during operation. This significantly reduces the risk of binding, clicking, popping, and ultimately, axle failure. It offers improved durability and a longer lifespan compared to a standard axle, especially on vehicles that are frequently subjected to demanding off-road use. This means fewer replacements, less downtime, and lower overall maintenance costs over time.
Increased ground contact, support for larger tires
– In addition to accommodating lift kits and modded suspensions, this axle allows you to confidently run larger tires without damaging the CV joints and related components. Even if you don’t have a lift kit, your wheels gain extra articulation and will make more consistent contact with the environment.
Serviceable in the field
– Boots rip, it happens. Should you need to replace a broken joint or boot, the CV joints are designed to be easily removed for service without specialized tools. And you can always
