REMUS Dual Flow racing exhaust, for Vespa GTS/GTS Super Flow, for Vespa GTS/GTS Super/GTV/GT 60 ie 125-300ccm silencer: stainless steel, silencer colour: black, with e-pass, without catalytic converter, Slip-On system For a certain number of years, this family-run Austrian business with a wolf in their logo, have also been developing tuning parts for the modern Vespa. REMUS have really gone to town this time with the presentation of the Special Edition version of their racing exhaust. This unit has many compelling features such as a chrome heat shield placed on the manifold to avoid contact with the hot surface. Another plus is the larger diameter of the header pipe which, combined with the lack of a catalyst cartridge allows an extra 2Ps to be available! One of the main reasons for its popularity is its compact overall dimensions, allowing it to easily fit under side panels. ATTENTION: This unit is not compatible with all crash bar side panels. The silencer has full EU approval, however the header pipe does not. Available in stainless steel, black and carbon fiber each with a black cap mat. Slip-on or Complete system / stainless steel / without catalytic converter / SIP approved silencer TIP: Why not upgrade from the original manifold to the stainless steel product made by SIP (part number 842683VA) SIP Community user bfr123 (partly no REM43013): This tube is brilliant! Looks great on my Vespa. The sound is satisfying, but not too loud and the production quality is excellent. Great product. CAUTION: Due to the very soft suspension on standard scooters, race exhaust systems can quickly come into contact with the scooter frame when fully compressed. The rear shock should always have its spring preload adjusted to maximum compression. To be completely safe, a stiffer race market post-shock absorption should be included in the set-up of your scooter’s tuned suspension.
