The kit includes the 70cc cast iron cylinder and racing crankshaft, both manufactured by Motoforce Racing. The kit also includes bearings and seals for easy, hassle-free installation.The MotoForce Racing 70cc cast iron cylinder with 2-ring HC cylinder head is the perfect choice if you want to replace the original cylinder with a more powerful but at the same time very reliable model. In terms of power, the MotoForce Racing cylinder can develop 2 to 3 HP more than the original cylinder, but above all it has much higher torque.The cylinder is perfectly supported by the Motoforce Racing RACING crankshaft. This is a high compression racing crankshaft with small size silver plated bearing. Unlike the standard version of this reinforced crankshaft, this Racing version has been additionally cast with plastic to slightly increase precompression. Speeds up to 13,000 rpm are not a problem.Also included are two high-quality crankshaft main bearings with increased clearance for high rpm and matching oil seals.To ensure performance and reliability, we recommend combining the cylinder kit with a carburettor with a diameter of at least 17.5mm, a sport tuning/entry level CVT and a sport tailpipe such as the Pro Replica.Reference:
